Two tailed swallowtail or Papilio multicaudata

A rare find in Australia- these are like the Ulysses in QLD over in the states. This particular fellow is from Mexico, he was found in the wild and needed repairs to all of his wings. He is held together completely with glue, and so has a lot of character!
Out of the ones I got he has the most vivid colours, so I would be curious if any Americans can tell me if the colours develop as they get older? This is the case with some specimens in Australia too, eg the blue tiger butterfly, when they emerge they are white and black, as they age they turn blue… anyways I digress!
This dude is super cool and has lived a life out in the wild before making his way to me. I have full collection papers! Which will go into his frame.
